The battery hydraulic crimping tool PressMax 6 with 60 kN is a light, small and powerful crimping tool. Thanks to its balanced, ergonomic housing, it can be easily handled with one hand. Thanks to the compact design and the narrow 180° rotatable crimping head, crimping in confined spaces, such as in switch cabinets, is also possible. The LED for illumination of the working area supports this. The crimping head can be equipped with commercially available spring or pin crimping dies, which can be securely positioned in the crimping head with latch and clamp. Full tool control is provided by the feed and return buttons, which allow you to keep control of the pressing process at all times. The integrated ELWA basic function control provides support with a coloured LED signal if the pressing process is successful. With 15 mm stroke and the corresponding force in optimally coordinated 2-step hydraulics, the battery crimper can also crimp cross-sections of DIN hexagonal Cu up to 185 mm2. The additional available IPP-40 lithium-ion battery is compatible with all hand-held battery-powered hydraulic tools in 14.4 V technology from HOLGER CLASEN.
