Maintenance & Repairs

We recommend carrying out maintenance on VITOLON tools once or twice a year, but at the latest after 20,000 work cycles. Maintenance intervals are indicated by a flashing LED; the tool is still ready for use.

For maintenance and repair service, please send VITOLON tools only to the authorised service center. In special cases, original spare parts can also be fitted by the customer.

Please use the contact form below to provide the required tool information before sending it. Be sure to include the following details:

  • Company name of the sender, VAT ID number, customer number
  • Delivery and invoice address
  • Tool type, 9-digit serial number
  • Details of accessories
  • Problem description: Maintenance, repair, other, collection

To ensure a smooth processing, please also confirm our service rates before the tool is shipped.

Service rates:

  • Maintenance fee € 250.00 per tool
  • Repair fee 450.00 € per tool

Note: Only the actual cost will be invoiced, return shipment included. For higher repair costs, a cost estimate will be sent in advance for approval.

Delivery rates:

  • Returning fee of an unrepaired tool € 60.00, plus shipping
  • Collection fee € 24.00 (Germany), € 39.00 (Europe)

Note: Do not send in defective batteries, but dispose of them properly.
