Application
The slim bar shape of the crimping tool simplifies working in confined areas, e.g. in utilities, power plants, it is also used in railway engineering or by service providers. The long stroke of 50 mm and the crimping force of 134 kN confirm the wide range of applications.

The tool covers applications such as hexagonal crimping to DIN up to 630 mm² and H-clamps up to 2 x 120 mm². Safe crimping is ensured by the closed head and the slim design even in places that are difficult to access The crimping head can be rotated and can thus be positioned easily. The LED for illumination of the working area supports this. The crimping head can be equipped with commercially available spring or C-shaped crimping dies by an adapter. For large cross sections Pin-lock dies are available. The dies can be securely positioned in the crimping head with latch and clamp. Full tool control is provided by the feed and return buttons, which allow you to keep control of the pressing process at all times. With 50 mm stroke and the corresponding force in optimally coordinated 2-step hydraulics, the battery crimper can also crimp cross-sections of DIN hexagonal Cu up to 630 mm². The additional available IPP-40 lithium-ion battery is compatible with all hand-held battery-powered hydraulic tools in 14.4 V technology from HOLGER CLASEN.
