Application
The CutMax3 is a battery-operated hydraulic cable cutter for cutting stranded conductors and cables up to a diameter of 28 mm , on request the blades can be provided with a fine grinding for cutting fine-stranded conductors. The cable cutter can also cut solid conductors and contact wires, which require a test cut beforehand. The wide range of applications makes this tool a widely used tool in industry and traffic engineering.
Hydraulic Cable Cutter CutMax 3 - for a wide range of applications
The battery-operated hydraulic cable cutter CutMax3 is a cutting tool with open cutting head, the cutting blade produces an optimal cut with low conductor deformation. On request, the cutting blades can be provided with a fine grinding for the cutting of fine/fine stranded conductors. The open cutting geometry requires little space on the material to be cut and can therefore also perform well in confined spaces. The cable cutter can therefore be used in a particularly wide range of applications, it cuts copper and aluminium stranded conductors as well as power cables without any problems, but round material, solid conductors and contact wires can also be cut after inspection by our technical department if necessary. The wide range of applications opens up a wide range of applications for the cable cutter in traffic engineering, energy suppliers, industry and many more. The CutMax3 has a very good power-to-weight ratio, with its 60 kN and only 4.2 kg can be operated with one hand. The ergonomically well-balanced design is supported by a 2-component housing that provides optimum grip. Thanks to the small dimensions and the rotating cutting head, the cable cutter can be positioned well on the material to be cut, even in confined spaces. The LED working field illumination ensures the appropriate visibility. The cable cutter is equipped with a 2-stage hydraulic system for short cutting times and efficient operation. Power is supplied via a 14.4 V lithium ion battery, which is compatible with the entire HOLGER CLASEN battery tool range with 14.4 V battery voltage.
