To ensure that your VITOLON tool remains ready for operation at all times, regular inspection and, if required, support from our service team are recommended. Pneumatic tools and hand tools from our premium partners can also remain reliable in the long term through professional inspection and maintenance.
Regular maintenance is strongly recommended for VITOLON battery-powered hydraulic tools. Only a well-maintained and fully functional tool can ensure smooth operation over the long term.
The manufacturer’s recommendation is:
maintenance every 1 to 2 years or after 20,000 working cycles at the latest.

Pack your tool carefully and include all required information so that the Technology Service Center can process your request quickly and clearly. Optional collection via UPS is also possible.
Your submitted tool will be inspected by an experienced team of experts. Functionality, safety, wear and the general condition of the device will be carefully assessed. After your approval, professional maintenance or repair will be carried out using suitable original spare parts, ensuring that your tool is reliable, precise and quickly ready for use again.
Tool shipments without a previously completed online form cannot be accepted. In this case, the tool will be returned to you without processing. Technical service is carried out by the Technology Service Center of Holger Clasen GmbH & Co. KG. Please complete the relevant form in full so that your request can be processed quickly and reliably. For a smooth process, please include the confirmation email with your tool shipment for identification.
