1) Scope of the Return Policy

This return policy applies to purchases made via selected-tools.de.

2) Right to Request a Return

2.1 We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

2.2 To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, namely unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

2.3 A receipt or proof of purchase is required in order to process the return.

3) Return Procedure

3.3 If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

3.4 Returns sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

4.1 Please inspect your order upon delivery.

4.2 If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@selected-tools.de.

4.3 We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it.

5) Items Excluded from Return

5.1 Certain items are excluded from returns. This includes perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, as well as custom products such as special orders or personalized items.

5.2 Personal care goods, including beauty products, are also non-returnable.

5.3 Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

5.4 If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

5.5 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

6) Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7) Right of Cancellation for Deliveries within the European Union

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days without providing any reason.

As with regular returns, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

8) Refunds

8.1 Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

8.2 If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

8.3 Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

8.4 If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@selected-tools.de.
